This 16-story, 168-unit condominium project in downtown San Francisco includes 5,600 sf of retail space, a 2,000 sf lobby and a four-level subterranean garage with 80 stalls. The building room configuration features 60 one-bedrooms, 65 two-bedrooms, and 43 studios.  The façade is precast simulated brick and limestone along with exterior plaster.
