Located in Oakland’s thriving waterfront district, this mid-rise luxury building was built with six stories of condominium space, two levels of office space and a below-grade parking structure. The building features a central landscaped common area with a podium garden and reflecting pool as well as a fitness center exclusively for residents.
Dynamic floor plans provide 93 one, two and three bedroom units ranging from 800 to 1,666 sf. Design features include dual-paned windows, granite counter tops, maple cabinets, bamboo flooring and high ceilings. The building is cast-in-place concrete with an exposed concrete exterior, floor-to-ceiling windows and in-unit balconies.
