720 Olive Building, Main Lobby Remodel

HSW completed a full remodel of the main lobby in this occupied building in 2010.  Work included adding all new lighting, featuring a custom 38-pendant fixture which now occupies the building atrium.  Both horizontal and lateral structural work was needed to support the fixture as well as custom lifts built to install it.  The remodel included all new carpet, paint, ceiling repair, custom glasswork and modifications to building signage.  All work was completed in three weeks.
