American River College Library Expansion

The project features a 10,215 sf expansion to the existing library which more than doubles the facility size.  Adding three floors to match the existing 8,100 sf building, including integration of existing mechanical, electrical and fire alarm systems with new construction. The existing library remained occupied during construction.
