North University Village: 2,382 sf branch buildout. At approximately $190/sf, this branch features a nana wall system that encloses a 24-hour banking vestibule that is commonly used in high-end condo applications. Hawks Prairie: 2,338 sf branch buildout. At approximately $170/sf, this branch features a nana wall system that encloses a 24-hour banking vestibule that is commonly used in high-end condo applications. Finishes include South American slate tile and Mosaic Formica countertops on the teller line. Eight-week schedule.
Queen Anne: 1,566 sf branch buildout. At approximately $350/sf, this branch features a Sunflex system, manufactured in Germany, that encloses a 24-hour banking vestibule, a much larger wood ceiling than the other branches as well as larger quantities of the South American slate tile. Seven-week schedule.
Puyallup: 2,125 sf branch buildout. At approximately $225/sf, this branch features a Sunflex system, manufactured in Germany, that encloses a 24-hour banking vestibule, a comparable wood ceiling to Queen Anne as well as the larger quantities of the South American slate tile. Eight-week schedule.
Lynnwood: 2,495 sf branch buildout. At approximately $190/sf, this branch features a Sunflex system, manufactured in Germany, that encloses a 24-hour banking vestibule. Finishes include South American slate tile and Mosaic Formica countertops on the teller line. Ten-week schedule.
