Beverly Hills Mercedes-Benz

Howard S. Wright was selected to provide preconstruction and construction services for one of the nation’s largest Mercedes-Benz service facilities. The Beverly Hills Mercedes-Benz service center facility and parking structure sits atop a 1.14-acre site in a densely populated urban area. The post-tensioned concrete structure includes 74 service bays, 233 parking stalls, a parts warehouse, customer hospitality areas, offices, and technical areas. The facility’s exterior is designed to resemble an office building to soften the project’s visual impact on the surrounding neighborhood.  The exterior skin is comprised of metal panels, architectural louvers, curved glazing, imported stone and plaster surfaces.
