Boeing Everett Office Complex Buildings 40-87 and 40-88
The Boeing Office Complex is one of the largest office projects ever constructed on the West Coast. The facility accommodated 6,000 to 8,000 design and administration personnel working on the Boeing 777 aircraft.
Two balanced, 4-story office structures with cafeteria, meeting rooms rest on two levels of structured parking. Fifty acres of sitework involved roads, bridges, tunnels, an underpass, covered walkways, underground utilities and signalization.
Construction included installation of full floor electrical raceway systems, computer equipment rooms, fiber optic communications, chiller plant, emergency generators and a helicopter pad.
