Century Square, Building Lobbies and Tenant Buildouts
Howard S. Wright remodeled the first three floors of the Century Square building including public and tenant spaces. This ground-level renovation included exterior cladding, storefronts, canopies and building aprons. The interior renovation was a 14-month multi-phased project, replacing tenant storefronts, all flooring, all lighting, all wall surfaces and reconstruction of the original barrel vault. The renovation of the lobby was inter-woven with 10+ tenant renovations with adjoining suites to the lobby (including Chase Bank). With the combined lobby and tenant needs, the project ran days and nights for much of its duration. Howard S. Wright was a team member during preconstruction for three years prior to construction starting, generating feasibility and budgeting plans from the initial schematic plans.
