City Center Plaza

Rising 26 stories in Bellevue’s downtown core, City Center Plaza spans the area adjacent to the transit center and the new City Hall, and is one of the largest office buildings in Bellevue.

Our team mobilized quickly and within a two-week period was prepared to begin construction on this downtown high-rise, which provides over 500,000 sf of office space above five levels of underground parking.

This major downtown project includes a two-acre public plaza extending between the new structure and the existing City Center.  Typical floors are approximately 23,000 sf, with a 21,000 sf mixed-use area at ground level that includes an atrium lobby, retail tenants, daycare, and restaurants.
