City of Hesperia – Branch Library and Civic Plaza

The new Civic Center, Public Library and surrounding site improvements were constructed for the City of Hesperia, one of the fastest growing cities in CA. Our firm worked closely with the design team during preconstruction. As a result, the projects were completed in time for the much celebrated grand opening and $2.9 million under budget. We relocated 10 fully matured Joshua Trees which are a protected native tree species under the City’s Community Development Division.
