City of Newport Beach Donna and John Crean Mariners Branch Library

This branch library serves both the local community and the adjacent Mariners Elementary School. The 2.2-acre parcel also features two new tennis courts, built to USTA standards, and additional site improvements including a parking lot and landscaping. The library was built using steel framed and “post and beam” construction. The exterior features pre-cast wainscot and stucco. Although the project team encountered a month long rain delay, the library was still completed as scheduled.
