Throughout the entire space, our team upgraded the paint, fixtures and carpet. On the main floor, our team upgraded the elevator lobby and completed a stunning conference center that has dramatic views of downtown Portland and the Willamette River. The conference center features multiple private conference rooms that have fitted glass for privacy and state-of-the-art teleconferencing equipment. The renovated lobby now features muted tones and polished granite flooring. The break room features a private deck for outdoor dining.
