E11even

E11even, a luxury high-rise condominimum, is distinguished as the first ground up condominimum project in Downtown LA in over 20 years–one of the first hallmarks of urban renewal in that area.

Featuring 176 loft-style units and more than 5,000 sf of premium retail space, E11even is a unique mixed-use, 16-story, post-tensioned and conventionally reinforced concrete structure with an architectural precast building exterior and an aluminum window system. There are four parking levels–including one below grade–totalling 84,362 sf.

E11even and the other two phases of this project, Luma and EVO, were LEED registered, aiming for Silver certification. E11even earned GOLD, deeming it the first 3rd party certified green condominimum in California. Sustainable features include recycled glass kitchen countertops, low emitting paints and other systems and materials that minimize water and energy consumption, reduce impact on the environment and create brighter, healthier living spaces.
