Evergreen Hospital Emergency Department Expansion and In-Patient Facility

HSW completed the ground-up expansion to this existing medical facility which included construction of a concrete and steel building, with a 2-story concrete structure for the Emergency Department, an 8-level steel frame Patient Care Facility, and three levels of below grade parking. 

Interiors included 42 exam rooms for the Emergency Department (ED), with space for future expansion.  The new ED covers 50,000 sf with patient waiting areas on the first level.  The 8-floor facility for Patient Care totals 200,000 sf and also houses an administrative area.  Parking below the hospital area expansion is 247,000 sf of subterranean parking and holds 283 vehicles as well as approximately 75 stalls for exterior parking.

The tenant buildouts on the 1st floor of Evergreen Plaza provide new service areas for tenants and patients of the hospital and healthcare center.  Making up the 3,925 sf of new space are a Patient Services area that includes a pharmacy, blood draw, mail room, offices, and technician’s processing room.
