F5 Networks and Big Fish Games at 333 Elliott

Features include a 5-floor, 100,000 sf tenant improvement for this international company.  F5 occupies three of the five floors, with Big Fish Games subleasing the remaining two.

F5 Networks is comprised of a conference center with operable partitions, small catering kitchenettes, a locker room, gym, a server room, and perimeter offices.

For Big Fish Games, HSW completed the build-out of two floors with conference rooms, interior offices, and cube farms.  The space contains an intermediate stair between floors featuring a 400-gallon aquarium and a 2-story piece of art glass.

Finishes include terrazzo flooring at the main entry and elevator lobbies, custom wood and metal panels at all elevator lobby walls, custom reception desks for each tenant, and custom carpet.
