This tenant improvement includes interior renovations of 6,946 sf on the first floor of the building.  Scope includes select demolition, construction of offices, conference rooms, and storage rooms as well as modifications to mechanical and electrical system.

During the preconstruction phase, our construction team was an active participant in the design development process and provided input on constructability, costs, design document completeness, and value engineering.
