Fed Ex DC Expansion

HSW completed the Ground Distribution Center Expansion in Tempe for industry leader, FedEx.  The project was completed six weeks ahead of schedule and included the addition of a 50,000 sf pre-engineered metal building onto the existing 89,000 sf ground distribution center.  The facility remained 100 percent operational throughout construction. Our team also upgraded the existing office space and provided new restroom facilities. We also performed site work and self-performed all site and building concrete.
