Fisher Creek Campus, Bldg A

Howard S. Wright continues the tradition of constructing high quality, Class-A office buildings with the construction of Fisher Creek Campus Building “A” in Camas, WA. Building “A” is a 5-story steel, concrete and brick structure of approximately 114,000 sf.

The owner occupied building has been designed specifically to the needs of their cornerstone tenant, Fisher Investments, who will consolidate local Vancouver, WA operations of 325 employees to this central location. Fisher Investments has their primary offices for 530 employees in California.

The first floor is designed for a 5,000 sf commercial kitchen and 4,000 sf full service restaurant space. All other floors contain upscale conference and meeting rooms and an open office landscape arrangement with grand views to the surrounding park-like setting. The office complex will include parking for more than 700 vehicles.  Although it is still uncertain how many buildings the will eventually make up the campus; Fisher will continue to explore what is best for the development of this property.

Fisher Investments will continue to relocate employees from all over America as well as it’s California offices  to this new site.  Southern Washington is proving to be an excellent environment for Fisher’s knowledge workers.
