Frank Russell – First Impressions Project

Frank Russell selected HSW early in the design development to provide value engineering and budget reviews.  The project consists of: demolition of the existing guest waiting area, lobby restroom, security station and art display case on the 1st floor; demolition of offices and the lounge area at the 12th floor, renovations to existing guest waiting into the Main Conference Room/Lounge, new security station and reception desk and installation of a revolving entry door.

Special features include colored acrylic panels at the reception area, metal ceiling panels, and the 12th floor feature wall framed with aluminum channels and clad with removable/exchangeable wood panels and glass shelves.
