Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets

Howard S. Wright has completed four projects with Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets throughout Arizona. This includes two ground-up structures and two tenant improvements, each of which include many of the sustainable features within a LEED certified facility. Fresh & Easy estimates their buildings will use 30 percent less energy than a typical grocery store through its green initiatives.
