Gateway Center

Gateway Center is a ground-up project for Evergreen Hospital that adds a 5-story medical office building with an underground parking garage to Evergreen’s Kirkland campus.  The 100,000 sf medical office building is built over two levels of parking, accommodating 600 stalls in 200,000 sf.  The project also incorporates a transit center for Sound Transit and King County Metro as well as a pedestrian plaza.
