Hotel Max

HSW renovated the Hotel Max (historically known as the Vance Hotel).  Project consisted of upgrades to all 163-rooms and common corridors, and a complete renovation and expansion of the lobby.  Our team re-roof the building and replaced mechanical units for all rooms.  Finish details include new doors, bath fixtures and flooring/tile, with new ceilings and paint throughout.  Project duration was 10 months, with phased upgrades performed to two floors at a time, while the hotel remained occupied.
