Hyatt Regency Burlingame

Located near San Francisco’s International Airport, the Hyatt Regency renovation project involved the demolition and installation of all new finishes. The scope encompassed 784 guest rooms, including 13 ADA-compliant guest rooms with new bathrooms, eight meeting rooms, and elevator lobbies. This fast-track project was completed on time and on budget, all while the hotel remained fully operational.
