International Software Developer – SVC 4 Hotmail Server Lab

Built for a leading international software developer. This challenging project underwent an amazing transformation from a vacant biotech lab to a class A office build-out in only four and a half months. The project included the demolition of the existing space to a shell and core condition, followed by new offices with a sliding wall system, video conferencing rooms, and a multi-purpose room.  All new mechanical, electrical, and networking systems support the high-density server lab and workstations.
