JF-4
This global high-tech manufacturer’s project build-out houses multipurpose offices and labs for their next generation chip. The computer room features a raised steel panel floor 24-inches above the concrete floor below. Below the floor is a maze of piping conduit and panels. The perforated floor tiles allow even distribution of air by the fourteen air handlers. The orange blocks are protection for cutouts in the floor for the wires and cabling of the computer room racks that were installed. Howard S. Wright installed paving, landscaping, sidewalks, loading dock, signage and a cooling tower. In addition, a breezeway link was installed between two buildings, the conference center, and JF-4.
