Jones Soda – New Headquarters

Jones Soda, a recognized leader in alternative beverage marketing and distribution, recently moved from the South Lake Union neighborhood to the SODO District. Howard S. Wright built out the existing 8,400 sf, timber-framed structure into offices and conference rooms at the core to allow light to enter the center of the space. A shower room for bicycle commuters, and a custom reception desk with a built in display to hold soda bottles were also added. The space is open-to-structure to show off the exposed MEP systems as well as including five different carpet colors and patterns to mimic soda flavors with paint colors matching soda labels. Also included are individual “museum” display shelves exhibiting soda bottles.
