Joseph E. Gallo Recreation and Wellness Center – UC Merced

The project complies with the University of California’s Policy on Green Building Design and Clean Energy Standards and the Presidential Policy for Green Building Design and Clean Energy Standards.  The center includes recreation, wellness (clinical and education), and administration space. The building has recreation and administration uses on the ground floor and wellness on a partial second floor. The exterior is clad in stucco, with factory paint-coated aluminum windows and energy efficient, low-e glazing.
