Junior Achievement Enterprise Village & Finance Park

We are proud to have teamed up with a number of key firms in partnership with the Tacoma School District in constructing the Junior Achievement Village and Finance Park, with the capacity to benefit 25,000 Pierce County students each year.

The 30,000 sf metal frame and heavy timber building created an “urban village” center for students to carry on various business ventures.  This project may develop into a prototype structure for other Junior Achievement facilities throughout the country.

Design features include two metal buildings joined by central timber frame meeting area.  Project was on a shared site and was being built simultaneously with construction of a new YMCA next door.
