KOHL’S Department Store Lake Pleasant

This single-story tilt-up concrete retail building was completed within a compressed, 18 week schedule. The permitting and construction was completed within six months of the award date as grand opening was scheduled months in advance and advertised heavily. Overall, the project involved close coordination with numerous equipment and vendor companies.  The building features include retail areas, dock-high receiving areas and support areas for customer service and Kohl’s regional staff. Exterior finishes to the tilt-up structure included storefront glazing, brick veneer and EIFS accents.
