Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital 6th Floor Renovation

This phased project renovated over two thirds of the Good Samaritan Patient Tower’s 6th floor. It included work in areas occupied by the Rehabilitation Institute of Oregon and the medical surgery patient rooms. Our team upgraded patient rooms and public spaces and added a nurse station. Throughout construction, the 6th floor remained operational. Our team coordinated daily with facilities to isolate each area by bypassing the smoke detectors and installing infection control devices. We coordinated work with the C-section surgery staff on the floor below to ensure surgery was not interrupted.
