Maggiano’s Little Italy Italian Restaurant

Howard S. Wright completed a full build-out for Maggiano’s, located in the new Lincoln Square Mall in downtown Bellevue, WA. The 18,270 ft, full-service restaurant features a warm, family-style atmosphere, and provides banquet facilities that accommodates business meetings and social events.

Working with an out-of-town owner and design team, Howard S. Wright completed the build-out in tandem with the construction of the Mall that houses the new Maggiano’s. The surrounding construction required continual coordination with the shell contractor and the landlord. An online management system (USGN) was used to communicate with the owner, architect, and engineers regarding all project documents.
