Mall at Northgate

This retail project included the interior and exterior renovation of an existing mall. A unique aspect of this project included the replacement of the current enclosed public space with a clerestory structure and operable windows. Interior improvements included a food court, adding restrooms, building out new office space for mall administration. Exterior work included replacing most of the roofing and all exterior wall finishes while adding new retail tenant space.  Exterior sitework included adding concrete walkways, reconfiguring specific parking areas, and improvements to the paving, landscaping, and irrigation.  The improvements have a LEED certification goal of Gold.
