Mark Hopkins Hotel

All nine work phases were completed while the hotel remained at full occupancy with an average room rate of $450 per night—in fact, the hotel received the “Best of the Best” award within the Intercontinental Hotel Group while undergoing this restoration. The restoration of this historic hotel included extensive renovation of the exterior terra cotta masonry. Our work included asbestos and lead abatement, extensive seismic upgrades, structural steel enhancements, elevator upgrades, intricate exterior brick and terra cotta work, re-roofing, window upgrades, electrical service upgrades and extensive building entry improvements.
