Mill Quarter Phases I, II, and III

HSW is proud to have completed the Mill Quarter project. This project is truly an original for the Central Oregon region.  Storefront retail, mixed-use and live-work space are the components that make up the more than 103,000 sf of this beautiful landmark.  A few of the many key facets that make this project unique include; ICF insulation for extremely efficient heating and cooling, residential elevators, state-of-the art appliances, and rooftoop decking with fabulous views of the Cascade Mountains.
