OSU Weatherford Hall Exterior Renovation

Located on the Oregon State University campus in Corvallis, Weatherford Hall is a landmark building that was originally constructed in 1928 as a residential hall for men. The building varies in floors from three to six, with a full basement. Our team was selected to update this historic 76,000 sf building in three phases.

Phase 1 was a seismic roof renovation. Phase 2, and the largest phase, included an interior renovation which included a complete upgrade to the historic structure. We installed all new electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems as well as all new fixtures and finishes. The third and final phase seismically upgraded the exterior.

The integrity of the original “W” shaped building remained intact during the extensive renovations. Weatherford Hall is now a LEED certified building that contains many sustainable features.
