Paradise Valley Unified School District Remodel

Our contract with Paradise Valley Unified School District involved work at three elementary schools – Quail Run, Sandpiper, and Hidden Hills Elementary. The work was done simultaneously with separate superintendents at each school. Our team renovated and remodeled the business offices, principle offices, and constructed new classrooms at each location. All of the work was completed in two months. In the end, we returned approximately $250,000 in unspent contingency monies to the school district.
