PCC Rock Creek

Howard S Wright worked on Portland Community College’s Rock Creek Campus to expand an existing building, construct two new buildings and complete extensive landscaping. The 2-story addition added to the existing Science and Technology Building. The build-out houses a library, bookstore, student center and administrative areas.
