Peninsula College, Maier Hall & West Campus Improvements

Maier Hall is a 3-story, 62,000 sf steel structure containing a ceramics studio, a performance hall, computer lab, and multiple arts and sciences classrooms.  The project is seeking LEED Gold Certification and will include innovative green technologies such as a daylight harvesting, a geo-exchange system for radiant heating and cooling and an epiphytic living roof.
