Phoenician Resort Villas

We completed a remodeling project at Arizona’s most acclaimed resort, the Phoenician. Our work included a complete interior and exterior remodel of six villas, each varying in size from 1,500 to 2,500 sf. The villa interiors consist of walnut hardwood floors, 2 cm stone wrapped fireplaces, custom built-in millwork with plank doors, high-end free standing tubs, designer bathroom accessories, granite countertops, and modern sound and entertainment systems. The exteriors included stucco finishes, windows, patio doors, and skylights. This was the first of what we hope will be many projects with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s largest hotel and leisure companies.
