Phoenix International Raceway

Our team completed two projects at Phoenix International Raceway working seven days a week to prepare the racetrack for a major NASCAR event.

First, the site improvements project, included the grounds and created an exciting new look. Our team performed 25 miles of road and lot paving.  All overhead electrical lines and wires were relocated to an underground installation. To accommodate the natural desert washes, our team carefully paved around these restricted areas. New track entrances, each with a ticket booth and relocated steel and fabric canopies to these new entrance gates were installed.

Second, the Bobby Allison Luxury Suites, were built out by preconfiguring the existing suites to create 14 new luxury suites. The two-level suites match the existing structure which had shifted over the years and are constructed of steel and lightweight concrete decking with structural steel column supports.
