RedBend Building

HSW completed this 2-story office building at the doorstep to the Redmond Airport. The project was completed four weeks ahead of schedule. It was also completed within budget to the great satisfaction of the property owners. The negotiated project was brought into budget after value engineering sessions with the Architect and Owner that maintained all square footage and project requirements while reducing costs by over 15 percent. RedBend is a 7,760 sf office building located between Bend and Redmond. The exterior construction consists of load bearing CMU walls, metal wall panels, a metal barrel roof, steel entry and window canopies, aluminum storefront and a semi-enclosed exterior stairwell with mesh panels. The location of the building offers great views of the Central Oregon landscape and convenient access to the local airport.
