Regal Cinemas 16 Lacey

HSW self-performed the steel erection for this 86,000 sf, 16-screen megaplex theater, which is the first cinema of its kind in the Olympia-Lacey Tumwater area.  The 3,600-seat theater includes an expansive box office with six registers.  The structure incorporates a steel truss and girder roof structure, and a single ply PVC membrane roof.  It also includes a steel beam and column structure with a glass storefront entry.
