Samaritan Health Sciences Urgent Care

Howard S. Wright returned to the Samaritan Health Sciences Campus in Lebanon, OR to complete our second project, the Urgent Care/Tenant Building. This 11,000 sf build-out includes urgent care and pharmacy services, a coffee shop, and fitness center. A new parking lot, at the side entrance of the building, provides 76 parking spaces with related site lighting, landscape, and irrigation.

With an emphasis on keeping work local, our team encouraged Lebanon-area subcontractors to participate on all phases of the project.
