Scottsdale Airpark – Hangar Complex

This highly accented hangar complex was completed at the Scottsdale Airpark for Services Group of America (SGA), who moved their corporate offices to Phoenix from the Boeing Field in Seattle. The three hangar complexes now house the Corporation’s planes in the North Hangar.
SGA’s corporate hangar occupies three, 40-ton air handling units to condition the entire hangar for private functions. The North Hangar will also incorporate a 1950’s style diner with a private kitchen and two dining booths.
The hangar floors have the state-of-the-art final finish of high sheen epoxy system.
The Services Group of America Hangar Complex incorporates a stand alone steel structure with exterior tilt construction. The wide span truss systems span over 141 feet at their longest points to allow for maximum usable interior footage for all types of aircraft.
