Seattle Mariners Team Store

HSW completed the 10,000 sf, Seattle Mariners Team Store tenant improvement just prior to opening day of Safeco Field stadium.

HSW performed work while the shell and core portion of the stadium was still under construction.  The project included modifying the existing structure to accommodate a new steel and concrete stair with an ornamental handrail.

The custom casework and display panels, constructed to incorporate baseballs, catchers masks and bats into their design are a unique feature of this job.  Materials used for Mariners merchandise display include wood and metal panels.

The beautiful stained concrete floors feature baseball symbols and a terrazzo logo of the Seattle Mariners.  A drop ceiling fixture echos the team logo on the floor.  The team built the drop ceilings with a variety of ceiling tiles and grid.  Most ceiling systems were left open to the structure.

The mechanical and electrical systems involved tapping into the shell and core systems and installing new distributions throughout the tenant space.
