Silver Creek – Rainier Tower
Tenant improvment work was performed in an occupied building. Scope included selective demolition, new metal stud framing, new paint and flooring, and modifications to the electrial and mechanical systems.
High-end finishes, including art glass, glass wall system, custom plaster application, Australian tile, stainless steel base, powered Mecho blackout shades in conference rooms and construction of new Women’s restrooms with painted glass walls, walnut partitions with Peter David glass doors and high-end fixtures.
