The Elizabeth

The Elizabeth, which stands 16 stories high, houses 182 condominiums, retail space, a parking garage and covers half of a city block. The exterior skin is brick and precast with ornamental grilles and railings. The Elizabeth has a custom window system with extensive glass and large curtainwall bay windows. Floors 4 and 14 have terraces that offer views of the North Park Blocks and the Willamette River bridges. The penthouses feature two-story living and fireplaces. The Northwest corner of the block features an exterior commons for residents and retail shoppers. We constructed three levels of parking, with one level underground, to accommodate over 200 vehicles.
