The Metropolitan

The twin tower Metropolitan has 416,000 sf of residential space and retail space at street level.  The property also features 33,500 sf of common area.  The building offers spectacular views for its residents and a prime location for retail tenants. We used a cast-in-place concrete frame for the 20- and 27-story towers with concrete post-tensioned decks above the second floor.  Because the project is located on one of the City’s main exit thoroughfares and is a zero lot site, scheduling and phasing were carefully planned for material deliveries and construction activities.
