The Mondrian Hotel

The Mondrian Hotel project team completed this phased occupancy project on a fast track schedule. Our work included the renovation of 194 rooms and suites, the hotel lobby, and public spaces. In addition, our project team added the new Asia De Cuba Restaurant, Sky Bar, and a new spa. We also renovated two pools. The edgy new look and feel to this Scottsdale landmark was achieved in only five months. Our team worked 6-7 days a week to put in place over $3 million of owner directed change orders in 2.5 months. Nationally reknowned Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz was the interior designer and articles and photographs of this project have been published in numerous popular design publications.
