RAM Restaurant and Brewery

The RAM is an 8,500 sf restaurant and brewery located at the newly-renovated Northgate Mall in Seattle.  Special features include a storefront with radiused clerestory, clear butt-glazed frameless brewery viewing windows, wood-framed service and mechanical mezzanines, raised seating booth areas, and under-slab plumbing.  In addition, there is a fully functional brewery production which includes stainless steel brew and storage tanks and a grain silo with auger-style grain delivery system.  The commercial kitchen includes two walk in coolers, cook lines, and food prep areas.  We also performed structural upgrades for rooftop HVAC equipment and kitchen exhaust equipment systems.
